The first phase was developed in 2021 with an area of 18,000 square meters. The second phase is represented by an area of 30,000 square meters with a completion date of 2022. For the third phase, 20,000 square meters are planned.

Location and accessibility
ELI PARK Bacau is located in the souther part of Bacau, only 20 minutes drive from the city center and 9 minutes drive from “George Enescu” Airport.
It also has good connections with other major cities from Transylvania and Moldova regions, such as Iasi, Piatra Neamt, Miercurea Ciuc.
